The City of Owensboro, KY (the City) is soliciting written proposals from qualified companies offering software that will support Occupational and Net Profit Licensing, Business Licensing, Insurance Premium License Fees, Transient Room Tax, Alcohol Beverage Control Licensing, Annexation/Developer Incentives, Tax Incremental Financing, Property Tax bill creation and collection and other various licenses and permits, for those conducting business in the City and County.
